Low-mid

$725

A normal 1BR outside the tourist core. Local meals every day, not a hostel and not the beachfront.

Cheap house path, cheapest of the six.

Cool highland weather, paid for in weak international flights and thin coworking.

Climate. Highland cool at about 1,500 m — jacket nights Nov–Mar. The stay-changer is May–October rain versus clearer, drier November–April.

Airport. Liên Khương International (DLI), typically 30–45 min from Xuân Hương / center — not an in-town airport.

Healthcare. In-city at Hoan My Da Lat; tertiary hop is Nha Trang or HCMC.

Amenities. GO! Đà Lạt at Center Square, Trần Quốc Toản is a named hypermarket in the rent neighborhood — grocery is not thin, though the mall stack is smaller than HCMC/Hanoi.

Visa

No digital nomad visa as of 2026. Standard path is the 90-day e-visa (~$25 single / $50 multiple, all nationalities), not extendable in-country. Remote work for a foreign employer is a legal grey zone. Weak. Lien Khuong is mostly domestic (HCMC/Hanoi); for a visa run, fly via SGN/HAN or bus about 3 hours to Cam Ranh.
